He advised that it’s okay to skip the gym if you don’t feel like going, suggesting alternatives like going outside for a walk or jog, even if it’s just for five or ten minutes. He also noted that simple exercises like squats or push-ups can be done at home and can significantly improve how you feel. This philosophy encourages focusing on how your body feels and adjusting accordingly to get the most out of each day.

Peter Steinfeld explained that some soreness can be expected when muscles that have been dormant begin to move again.
