However, it’s essential to approach FitTok content with a critical eye, as not all advice is created equal.

With countless ab workouts circulating on TikTok, selecting one to try can be overwhelming. I looked for a routine that met specific criteria:

  • No Equipment Required: I wanted a workout I could do anywhere, anytime, without needing special equipment.
