Polegate, East Sussex – As World Mental Health Day approaches on October 10th, ShanFitness, a unique fitness centre in Polegate, is taking a proactive role in supporting mental well-being through movement, community, and support. ShanFitness, founded by Eastbourne local Shanice, was established with a mission to create a welcoming, judgment-free space, particularly for those who might feel intimidated by traditional gyms.
