Seoul, South Korea – As anticipation builds for his upcoming K-drama “Waiting For Gyeongdo,” set to premiere in December 2025, acclaimed actor Park Seo-Joon has shared insights into his current daily workout routine and fitness philosophy. The star, known for his versatile roles and athletic physique, recently detailed his regimen during a press conference in Manila, emphasizing both physical and mental well-being in his preparation for the role of Lee Gyeong-Do, a hardworking entertainment reporter.

Park Seo-Joon revealed a focused daily fitness plan designed to keep him in top condition amidst his demanding schedule. He underscored that while his routine can vary, a foundational structure is key to maintaining his health.

During a July 2025 event, Park Seo-Joon outlined a specific routine he follows, which includes a combination of flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.

In “Waiting For Gyeongdo,” Park Seo-Joon will portray Lee Gyeong-Do, an entertainment reporter for Dongwoon Ilbo, whose life takes a dramatic turn upon reuniting with his ex-girlfriend, Seo Ji-Woo (Won Ji-An). The romantic comedy drama is scheduled to air on JTBC in December 2025 and will also be available for streaming on Prime Video in select territories.
