Actress and singer Kim Yoon-ji, also known as NS Yoon-ji, has captivated audiences by revealing her remarkable post-childbirth fitness journey, losing 16kg through home workouts, often incorporating her daughter Ella into her routine. Her rigorous self-care regimen, showcased on the 588th episode of KBS2’s “Superman Returns,” airing Wednesday, left the show’s MCs astonished.

During the broadcast, the daughter-in-law of comedian Lee Sang-hae shared that she gained over 16kg during her pregnancy but managed to shed it all, now weighing less than her pre-pregnancy weight of approximately 47kg at 168cm tall.

Kim Yoon-ji’s Home Workout Secrets

Kim Yoon-ji’s dedication to fitness began remarkably early, just eight days after giving birth. She demonstrated a comprehensive home workout routine that has been key to her transformation. Her exercises include a combination of light stretching, abdominal strengthening, and core exercises, all performed with impressive precision and a toned physique.

  • Lower Body Workouts: Incorporating lower body exercises, known for their high-calorie consumption, to boost her metabolism while being mindful of not over-straining her body.
