Seoul, South Korea – Actress Han Ga-in has disclosed a rigorous weekly fitness routine, demonstrating her commitment to self-management and robust health. The revelation came during a recent video posted on her YouTube channel, “Free Wife Han Ga-in,” where she also shared her ambitious goal of conquering Cheonggye Mountain.

Han Ga-in’s “Iron Stamina” Workout Routine
