He holds a degree in Health and Physical Education and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His extensive certifications also include being a Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) instructor, a Westside Barbell Special Strengths Coach, and a World Kettlebell Club (WKC) Master Trainer and certified kettlebell lifting coach.
Shetler owns Extreme Performance Training Systems, a private strength training facility in Atlanta, Georgia, where he coaches a diverse range of clients, from competitive athletes across various sports to individuals focused on lifelong health and fitness. His expertise extends to working with Olympic and combat sports athletes.
