The Hagerstown Field House boasts an impressive 8,000-square-foot fitness facility, fully equipped with modern cardio machines, strength training equipment, and a wide selection of free weights. This comprehensive fitness floor provides ample space and resources for various workout styles and fitness levels. Whether visitors are seeking to build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, or engage in functional training, the center is designed to meet diverse exercise needs.

For those who thrive in a communal setting, the Field House offers a variety of group exercise classes led by certified instructors. Options span from high-energy cardio and cycling sessions to strength training, mind & body classes like Yoga and Mat Pilates, and specialized programs tailored for seniors. Beyond the Gym: Multi-Sport Facilities

Beyond its dedicated fitness center, the Hagerstown Field House encompasses over 114,000 square feet, making it Maryland’s premier indoor artificial turf facility. This expansive space includes two indoor turf fields and four basketball courts, which can convert into eight volleyball courts. These facilities host leagues, classes, clinics, and tournaments for various sports, including soccer, basketball, flag football, futsal, field hockey, and lacrosse, providing additional avenues for physical activity and recreation for both youth and adults.

Convenient Hours and Family-Friendly Amenities

Understanding the demands of busy schedules, especially during the back-to-school period, the Hagerstown Field House offers convenient operating hours for its fitness facility. It is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For parents, the facility includes a “Kidz Zone” childcare program, allowing adults to focus on their workouts while their children are supervised. Family fitness memberships are also available, providing access to sports courts, turf fields (when available for open play), the fitness center for individuals 11 years and older, and the Kidz Zone.
