Four-year-old Sterling Skye Mahomes, daughter of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes, is already showing a passion for fitness. Brittany Mahomes, a former professional soccer player and certified personal trainer, recently shared glimpses of Sterling’s workout routine on social media, delighting fans with the youngster’s dedication and enthusiasm.

Sterling’s Mini Gym Session

Brittany Mahomes, co-owner of the Kansas City Current, posted Instagram Stories showing Sterling engaging in a workout session using kid-friendly gym equipment. Dressed in patterned red leggings and a long-sleeve T-shirt, Sterling was seen running on a multicolored baby treadmill before pausing to catch her breath. Brittany playfully commented, “Nice,” and “Oh man!”

Following her treadmill exercise, Sterling moved on to weightlifting, lying on a child-sized weights bench and lifting foam dumbbells. Brittany encouraged her, saying, “Go get it, girl!” When Brittany asked her daughter who taught her how to exercise, Sterling replied, “Mom and dad.”
