David and Victoria Beckham, renowned for their dedication to health and fitness, have offered a glimpse into their shared workout routines. The power couple, who frequently share snippets of their active lifestyles on social media, have revealed details of their workouts together, which includes “a bit of Bobby Brown” for added motivation.

In a recent interview with Men’s Health, David Beckham revealed that he and Victoria train together with Bobby Rich, a personal trainer and former Team GB judoka, five to six times a week. “I’ve been trying to get Victoria to work out with Bob for years, and she finally agreed,” Beckham stated. “We now do five days a week, sometimes six, together.”

The former Spice Girl, 50, and football star, 49, apparently “give each other grief” throughout their sessions, but Beckham credits Victoria’s workout ethic for keeping him motivated. “I stay motivated because my wife keeps me motivated,” he confessed.

It was in 2023 that Victoria embraced weightlifting, after realizing that her previous routines were no longer yielding significant results. Victoria was initially hesitant about weight training but has since embraced it. “I’ve always been a bit scared of weights, but it turns out I love them,” she told Grazia. “I’ve even got those special gloves to wear! It’s good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I’ve got so much more muscle tone now.”

Now, Victoria and David engage in full-body strength training sessions with Bobby, incorporating compound exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and bench presses.

Victoria’s fitness journey has evolved over the years. She previously incorporated a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises into her routine.
